FIT FOR LIFE
Fit for Life is a chair-based fitness class funded by the Sports England programme, and supported by SOCA.
The class runs every Tuesday from 10-10:30am (term time) in the Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).
We do bodyweight and resistance band exercises during this low impact 30-minute class. Then enjoy a free hot drink and cake in the Community Cafe afterwards.
£1 per class (proceeds go to SOCA).

CIRCUITS CLUB
Circuits Club is a fun and fast paced exercise class, which runs every Friday from 9-10am (during term time).
Every week is different. We do a variety of aerobic and resistance exercises. All equipment provided (but you can bring your own mat).
This 60-minute class is held in the Gill Garratt Room in South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP). Entrance via the blue doors in doctor’s car park.
Suitable for all fitness abilities.
£12 per class.

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
Stretch & Strengthen is a seated exercise class designed to improve mobility, core stability and balance.
We do a mix of resistance band exercises using our own body weight and resistance bands.
This 30-minute class is funded by CIC Waste2Taste and runs every Thursdays from 10:30-11am (term time only) at Shotover View in Craufurd Road, Oxford (OX4 2SQ).
Suitable for all fitness abilities.
Free class.

MENOSTRENGTH
MenoStrength is a new six-week strength training course for perimenopausal and menopausal women. It’s beginner friendly, with all equipment provided.
The class starts on November 4 and will run for six weeks every Tuesday, from 9-9:30am in the Gill Garratt Room in the South Oxford Community Centre, Lake Street (OX1 4RP).
Manage peri and menopause symptoms with safe and effective weight lifting
