Circuits Club is a fun paced and high intensity class held in the Gill Garratt Room at South Oxford Community Centre, Oxford.
It is suitable for all fitness abilities and runs from 9-10am every Friday during term time.
Classes are £12 per person. Entrance to the class is via the blue double doors at the side of the community centre, opposite the doctor’s surgery car park at the end of Lake Street.

Fit for Life
Join me for a low impact seated exercise class: Fit for Life. In this 30-minute class we will do a mixture of bodyweight and resistance band moves, and all equipment is provided.
Supported by South Oxford Community Association (SOCA) and the Well Together Programme, this subsidised session is designed to help improve mobility, flexibility and independent living.
This low impact, gentle seated exercise class will be followed by a FREE hot drink and cake at the centre’s Community Cafe. Make friends and get fit at the same time! The class will run every Thursday during term time, from 10-10:30am.
No need to sign up, just come along on the day!
