ABOUT MADDY
I’m a 46-year-old fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Nutrition and Weight Loss Advisor. I train clients 1:1, offer small group training and classes, including Circuits Club and Stretch and Strengthen (seated exercise).
I’m also a national consumer press journalist with 26 years experience, specialising in fitness, health and wellbeing. Plus, I’m a mama to two beautiful young daughters.
When I’m not training clients, I work as a freelance editor and writer for many of the UK and US’s bestselling health and fitness titles.
